What will I receive when I purchase the 30-day Welcome Package?
How is HELP: Healthy Eating Lists & Plans different from other meal planning services already available?
I don’t have any food allergies, so why should I consider this service?

How is HELP different from other meal planning services already available?

  • The HELP Staples List is the first difference. Our meal plans aren't based on particular stores or weekly specials but on our list of staples. 


  • The items on our Staples List are all gluten-free, dairy-free, and soy-free and can be combined in a multitude of ways to create delicious and nutritious meals.


  •  The HELP Staples List is more complete than any similar list we’ve seen. Our Staples List is one page front and back that lists all the ingredients we think a healthy kitchen ought to have in stock whenever possible: Spices and Flavorings, Dairy Substitutes, Fats & Oils, Meats, Grains & Baking Alternatives, Sauces, Canned Goods, and Sweeteners. The same list of ingredients is provided in order by store (Aldi, Publix, Sprouts, and Walmart). In addition to avoiding the stated allergens, our ingredients also avoid unnecessary additives and preservatives. 


  • HELP provides recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus snacks and desserts, AND our dinner recipes are updated monthly. While you might find similar recipes online, HELP gathers all the recipes you will need for every meal, including snacks and desserts, and provides the shopping list. 


  • When you stock your kitchen with the items on our Staples List, you'll need only a few additional items each week, saving you time and money! 


  • Our service is also set up differently from others. We are happy to provide the customer with one month of HELP and access to all its lists and meal plans for the low price of $15. During the 30-day period, if you find that you are being helped by the lists and plans, click to subscribe and follow the prompts to become a monthly subscriber.


  • As a subscriber, you'll have access to all our recipes including new dinner meal plans every month. If you ever decide you don’t need the service anymore, a simple click to unsubscribe cancels your membership.


  • Perhaps the biggest difference is that we are down-to-earth, approachable people who are willing to answer questions and help with recipe modifications. We provide a contact form throughout the HELP website, and we love to help people with their meals.

I don’t have any food allergies, so why should I consider this service?

  • HELP recipes are truly creative and delicious even without gluten, dairy, and soy. Avoiding allergens doesn’t take away the fun and flavor; it actually improves the food! 
  • Our recipes will introduce you to healthy alternatives to some of your favorite foods. We believe you’ll enjoy them whether or not you have allergies.

I am also allergic to things other than gluten, dairy, and soy. Will I be able to eat your recipes?

Yes! The ingredients that we use are free of MOST allergens, and items like corn and oats are listed as optional.

Do HELP recipes call for unusual items that I won't be able to find in my local stores?

All of the items in our recipes are on the HELP Staples List except for a very few, usually produce. We have purchased all of these items in our local stores and we have listed them by store for your convenience.
