All of the items in our recipes are on the HELP Staples List except for a very few, usually produce. We have purchased all of these items in our local stores and we have listed them by store for your convenience.
We are in the process of adding carb counts on our baked goods and desserts, so that you can enjoy eating everything without concern! The items on our Staples List have nutrition facts on the packaging that can be used to cross-reference. If your health needs require a strict carb count, we encourage you to double-check to make sure you are calculating correctly.
